Alexis N. Perez Jr. is the founder and Managing Partner of Perez Capital Group LLC, a next-generation capital markets firm operating at the convergence of algorithmic trading, institutional finance, and digital assets.

With over twelve years of experience spanning structured credit, capital markets operations, institutional shareholder engagement, and proxy advisory, Alexis has developed rare cross-disciplinary fluency across both traditional and emerging financial systems.

Prior to founding PCG, he advised on institutional shareholder engagement and proxy strategy alongside one of the world's preeminent M&A advisory practices — partnering with the largest institutional investors on Fortune 500 and S&P 500 transactions. Earlier, he spent four years inside a top-tier U.S. financial institution mastering structured credit, risk mitigation, and large-scale capital operations.

A self-taught software engineer and algorithmic trading systems developer since 2013. Bilingual in English and Spanish — remote-first, globally operational.
